Using DISC profiles in development

  • Self-knowledge – Before you develop/lead others, you need to know yourself
  • Understanding and adapting interaction/communication preferences
  • Conscious learning of recommended behaviors (Yes / No) for each profile of a colleague as a way of approaching and communicating
  • Practicing for: feedback and coaching
