Organizing the Accreditation Session

While not mandatory, we recommend that participants of this course have completed a “Train the Trainer” program beforehand. The first two days of the course focus on knowledge transfer, structured in blocks, similar to how you will deliver the training after accreditation.

The assessment will occur on the fourth day, where you will present a topic of your choice to a panel of assessors and facilitate an activity to reinforce understanding.

To excel in delivering Time Management sessions, we suggest that your initial course delivery be conducted by an Axioma accredited trainer. This trainer will provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to help you transition smoothly to the next level.

Please note that attending this course does not guarantee accreditation. If you do not achieve accreditation, you will have an extended period to prepare and resubmit your presentation at a later date.

Who should attend?

This accreditation program is addressed to those who are active in staff training and who wish to train their colleagues or clients in the use of the Time@Work time efficiency method as ”Accredited Trainers”

About the Time@Work method

This course centres on the Time@Work Method, unveiling for the first time its secret ingredient: “Keeping the promises you make to yourself and others!”

“Following the initial version of the Time@Work course developed in the spring of 2007, four trainers with extensive business experience in various fields (sales, consulting, management, project management) have collaborated over six years to create the new version of Time@Work.” – Marian Stirbescu – Senior Trainer, author of the Time@Work method

The new version of the Time@Work course was launched in spring 2013 and includes a new experiential learning approach.

Moreover, the methods and techniques that we will discover together have been validated over time through the participants’ direct practice.

After almost every seminar delivered, continuous improvements have been made so that participants can more easily develop the necessary skills for better time management, in the same sense providing them with a suitable environment for consuming the learning experience.

We are constantly trying to eliminate the “advisory” component. Even though you will occasionally come across some recommendations and personal examples from the trainers, personal ‘tips’ have been excluded and practical time management solutions have been introduced, useful solutions, applicable both in the office and in personal life.

The seminar is sprinkled with many practical exercises where you will have the opportunity to work together and share experiences. The goal is to collaboratively develop the skills needed to apply the method both at work and in your personal life, as well as to deliver this course to the quality standards expected by internal and external clients.
