ROI 4HR is a two-day course that provides a practical method to help HR specialists and managers evaluate and justify department-level initiatives such as budgeting, compensation and benefits programs, professional development and training, or recruiting initiatives.
The course takes the form of an interactive workshop with a business simulation, geared towards both knowledge transfer and practical skills.
By attending this course you will obtain the Axioma “ROI Specialist” certificate.
At the end of the course, participants can opt to participate in the accreditation exam that awards them with a higher level certification, ROI 4×4 Method Accredited Specialist.
