Trainer with 20 years of experience in sales and consulting. Mihai is motivated to contribute to the professional development of others through continuous learning.
In the delivery training sessions, Mihai maintains a balance between the active involvement of the participants and the provision of a space of safety and expression for them.
Mihai is a co-trainer for the Persolog, Adair Leadership, CARTA, RESOLVE Sales programs and is happy to contribute to the development of new generations of trainers in Romania and the UK.
Apart from the training side, Mihai participates as a resource in organizational transformation projects in the areas of transition to Agile, Change, Culture Transformation and Sales Transformation.
