Personality@Work Training
Developing productive behaviours, adapted to those
you interact with
The Challenge
How do you get better results and collaboration by understanding human behaviour?
I believe you’ve noticed that in some cases we get along naturally with those we work with, it’s like we have “chemistry”, and in some situations the discussions can be tense, marked by mistrust and lack of availability for collaborating.
You want to persuade – but you are not listened to, you offer valuable arguments – but you receive answers that show you that the distance between you grows even greater. Sometimes it seems that getting to collaborate seems like mission impossible. It’s clear that we are different and that’s good. But what is the logical explanation and how can we get results even when we work with those we don’t like, or with whom we have no instant chemistry?
Training Summary
