The Challenge
How do you apply the new Agile leadership models in large organisations?
Participants will develop the mindset and skills needed for leading a Lean-Agile transformation, such as building Agile teams and programs, organizing the Lean Portfolio, establishing a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions. They will also explore the five key competencies required to expand a Lean Enterprise.
Additionally, team members can validate their SAFe knowledge by accessing learning resources and opting to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam.
Training summary
Acquire the essential knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile organisation using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its fundamental principles from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, Agile product development flow, and DevOps.

Certification Exam Recommended Prerequisites
The course is open to everyone, regardless of experience. However, we do have recommendations for those planning to take the SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product and project management
- Scrum experience

- Coursework, study materials, and access to SAFe Studio to support diploma and digital badge preparation, along with other tools and materials for your SAFe role development.
- Remote learning through SAFe® Virtual Classrooms.
- One-year membership subscription starting the day after the course.
- Access to a platform with e-learning modules and recommended content for SAFe transformation activities.
- Dedicated forums for members to discuss the SAFe framework and ways to enhance their performance within an Agile team.

- Diploma awarded upon successfully passing the SAFe Agilist exam.

Interested in the exam?
- Name of exam – SAFe® 6 Agilist
- Question format – Multiple choice (one answer) or multiple select (2-3 answers)
- Delivery – Web-based, closed book, no outside assistance, timed
- Access – Candidates can access the exam through thd SAFe Studio Platform, after completing the Leading SAFe 6 course
- Duration – upon starting, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) for completion
- Number of questions – 45
- Passing score – 36 out of 45 (80% minimum score for passing)
