- Understand the 3 stages of the stakeholder involvement plan
- Get to know each other better from the point of view of human nature and your own behavioural preferences
- Develop personalized approaches depending on the interlocutor’s temperament
- Be able to identify the non-productive behaviours of others (dirty tricks) more easily and you will find ways to overcome these blockages
