The Challenge
How do you easily and safely scale product management?
During this two-day course, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the ART (Agile Release Train), including how it delivers value and what they can do to improve their performance.
They will learn to apply Lean thinking, write Epics, decompose them into Features and Stories, plan and execute Iterations, and plan Program Increments.
At the end, participants will learn about Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture.
Attending this course prepares participants to pass the exam and obtain the SAFe® 6 Product Owner / Product Manager certification.
