The course covers the structure and content of the PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge), techniques for planning, estimating, monitoring, and delivering projects, as well as agile, predictive, and hybrid approaches. It also includes preparation for the PMI examination through simulations and exam-style questions.

The programme lasts 5 days (either in person or delivered live online, depending on the scheduled session) and includes interactive sessions, case studies, practical exercises, exam simulations, and Q&A sessions with the trainer.

Experience is not required to attend the course. However, PMP exam eligibility requires specific professional experience and training hours, whereas CAPM has more accessible entry requirements. We will assist you in checking your eligibility.
