How can we best transition from being a specialist to being a manager-leader?

If you have recently been assigned a leadership role or will be in the near future because of your stellar performance as an expert or a specialist, and you don’t know how to handle it, we can reassure you that you are not alone.

Your new opportunity requires you to change & adapt some of your behaviours and develop new skills.

As you begin the transition process, you will gradually take on more of a leadership role, and for that, you need a clear guide on the actions to follow.

We know that this process can be a challenge. That is why we have preparedthis learning experience to develop and support you in your transformation.

A “Leadership Role Igniter” type of course, focusing on discovery and acquisition of leadership skills, dedicated to new managers and recommended for one’s first Leadership training.
