The ACL model, a leadership model developed by John Adair, is the world’s tried and tested leadership model. It provides a practical guide to leadership and a path to development as a team-level leader at an operational and strategic level.

By participating in this course, you will discover how to fulfil your leadership role effectively by applying a range of approaches, qualities and behaviours.
