Axioma Solutions announces the official launch of the Axioma Value Selling Sales Certification Pathway, a structured programme for developing and validating professional sales competences, built across three levels of progressive growth and supported by a methodology that integrates the most relevant practices of modern selling.
The first available certification is Certified Sales Essentials Associate (CSEA) — the entry level in the pathway, validating the fundamental communication and interaction skills required for value-centred selling. Training and examination sessions have already been scheduled, with the certifications for levels A2, B1 and B2 to be launched successively during 2026.
A framework built on the understanding of two essential realities
From two decades of direct work with sales teams across diverse sectors and industries — from technology, telecoms and financial services to distribution, retail, automotive, pharma and manufacturing — two areas of specialisation have emerged as the foundation of the entire framework: how customers buy and how salespeople achieve performance.
By understanding both sides of the equation, Axioma has developed a sales competence framework supported by the processes and best practices specific to twenty-first-century selling, including all the key elements required by today’s market:
“We care deeply about how the sales profession is perceived by the market and about the essential question that remains unanswered in too many organisations: how do you truly reach the level of professionalism that others expect from you?
In any field, without standards, we cannot speak of excellence — and even less so of excellence in sales.
This is why we decided to invest significantly in structuring the competence framework, the value-centred sales process and the examination process, in order to obtain genuine recognition, both in Romania and globally.
We are not launching a training programme. We are launching a standard for developing and certifying salespeople.”

The architecture of the certification pathway
The pathway is structured across three levels, each with its own programmes and certifications, designed to build the salesperson’s competence in a coherent and verifiable way.
Level A
Key skills
The fundamentals of value-centred selling
Level B
Advanced skills
Influence, trust and negotiation
Level C
Leadership and consulting
Sales development at organisational level
Each course lasts three days and may be followed by an individual multiple-choice examination with 40–60 questions, lasting 60–90 minutes, and a minimum passing score of between 68% and 75%.
Two certification formats, the same standard
Public certification is open to any professional who wishes to invest in their own development. Sessions are held periodically, the diploma obtained is the personal property of the candidate, and the interaction with participants from diverse industries is itself a source of value.
Company certification offers the same assessment standard and the same internationally recognised diploma, with content adapted to the organisation’s industry specifics and sales processes. The programme can even carry the company’s name, becoming an initiative with its own identity, supported by the Axioma methodology.
Regardless of the option chosen, the diploma is issued by Axioma Solutions and Axioma UK Limited and has international recognition in the private sector.
„Over the course of ten years, I have witnessed many internal sales certification programmes for national and multinational brands. What impressed me every time was seeing how far people could go through work and genuine commitment to their own development.
Sales can be a serious career that brings professional fulfilment, but only if you choose to treat it as such.
Anyone willing to make a sincere effort has every chance of going far.“

A message for every salesperson — wherever you are in your career
Whether you are in your first year in sales and are still looking for a framework that gives meaning to what you do every day. Whether you are a veteran with 10 or 15 years in the field and feel that your experience deserves clearer validation than the figures at the end of the month.
Whether you are somewhere in the middle — good at some things, unsure about others — and want to know precisely where you are and where you could get to.
There is a pathway built for you.
But there is also an important message we are sending you directly: your professional development is, first and foremost, your responsibility.
The companies you work for can be valuable partners in this journey, and we hope that many employers will understand the value of investing in the certification of their teams.
But waiting for someone else to decide when and how much you grow professionally is a strategy that rarely works in the long term.
The market respects demonstrated competence, not assumed or imagined competence. Customers feel the difference between a salesperson who knows what they are doing and one who improvises. Managers hire and promote people who can prove that they know, not merely appear to know.
“We often say it: sales are for everyone, but not for just anyone. Being a salesperson is a choice that comes with responsibility — the responsibility to prepare seriously, to invest in your own career and to treat this profession as one that truly defines your professional life.
If you want to be taken seriously and respected by customers, managers and the market, you must demonstrate that you know what you are doing.
Certification is concrete proof that you have chosen to rise to that standard”

Adrian Badea — Sales Certification Programme Manager, Axioma
A certification does not automatically make you an extraordinary salesperson. But it gives you a standard against which to measure yourself, a framework in which to grow and proof that you have chosen to treat this profession seriously. And in sales, as in any other profession that matters, seriousness about your own development is the first sign that you are on the right path.
“Regardless of industry, sales managers need one thing: predictable results. Not results that depend on talent or circumstance, but results that can be anticipated, replicated and scaled.
Certification programmes create exactly the reference point that is missing in many organisations: a standard to which the team can calibrate, a working framework through which the manager can measure, and a level of competence that gives the customer confidence that they are dealing with someone who knows and can deliver.
That is what builds respect and genuine trust in the sales team.”

A message for sponsors of sales learning initiatives
This is a message to those who play the role of sponsor for learning initiatives dedicated to the sales force.
The time has come for sales to truly change.
Not through a one-day training course before the season starts, nor through a motivational workshop whose effect evaporates in two weeks, but through a serious commitment to the professionalisation of the people who represent the company in front of every customer, every day.
To sales managers, HR directors, learning and development managers, and sponsors of company training programmes, we send a simple message:
There is now a structured, rigorous and internationally recognised pathway through which you can build generations of salespeople capable of offering customers the best buying experiences and your companies predictable and replicable results that go beyond individual talent and specific experience.
Sales performance should not be the privilege of a few. It should be everyone’s standard.
