Marian Stirbescu

Senior trainer with 20 years of experience in training and consulting, creator of training materials and work methods. Marian is a promoter of experiential learning, convinced of the idea that people learn better in teams, and “peer learning” is an accessible way to develop skills.

Passionate about understanding human nature and how through a close collaboration we can achieve superior results in the teams we are part of, regardless of the role played in the organization.

Marian is a master trainer for the certification and accreditation programs Persolog, Adair Leadership, CARTA, RESOLVE Sales and is happy to contribute to the development of new generations of trainers in Romania and the UK.

Apart from the training part, Marian participates as a resource or leader in organizational transformation projects in the areas of transition to Agile, Change, Culture Transformation and Sales Transformation.
